About Us

Dean Klein joined Marcus & Millichap in the West Los Angeles office in 2005 where he specialized in the sales of Multifamily and Development properties. Over the course of the next nine years Dean honed his skills in transaction coordination & management, marketing, and critical analysis with strategic
planning. Dean was integral in successfully closing several different types of transactions from Multifamily, Mixed Use, Development and Retail.

Upon a successful brokerage career Dean was tapped to move into corporate and open the firm's first Client & Business Development department. He oversaw a team to grow company business, manage deal flow, institute a digital marketing system, and coordinate and manage all leads generated from the company’s website. In the nine years running the Client & Business Development, Dean was responsible for bringing in one billion dollars in total transaction value and closed over 250 deals spanning all
product types.

Dean has since transitioned back into the brokerage side of the business to focus his efforts on the Manufactured Housing space. Noticing the growth and tremendous opportunity in the Manufactured Housing space, Dean partnered with the Danny group bring his 19 years of experience to help private
capital clients analyze their assets, strategies, and assist in the fulfillment of their potential 1031 exchange needs.

Dean obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from San Diego State University with an emphasis in finance. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and a wide array of
outdoor sporting activities.

Maya Bailey joined Marcus & Millichap as an agent candidate in the San Diego Office where she is training to specialize in the Manufactured Home Communities and RV Resorts division alongside  Douglas Danny and Dustin Wilmer.

  Maya obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. In her free time she enjoys snowboarding, rooting for the Padres, playing with her two labs Chowder and Gumbo, and spending time with friends and family

Jared Wallach is a Los Angeles native graduating from Redondo Union High School. Soon after, he then went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree from San Diego State University with an emphasis in Business along with a minor in Management. Wallach was also an intern throughout college at Beverly Hills Realty Group, a full-service real estate firm in the Los Angeles area. There, he was able to learn the skills it takes to properly represent clients and ensure that their goals are met.
 

In his spare time, Jared enjoys surfing, playing drums in a local indie/alternative band called No Car Garage, and competitively racing Formula Light (SST-45) Tunnel Boats.

Chad O’Connor joined the San Diego office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. (MMCC) in June 2004. As a vice president capital markets with MMCC, Mr. O’Connor is responsible for securing commercial debt and equity financing for an array of property types including multifamily, office and industrial, retail, seniors housing and hospitality. He is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (e.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and bridge lenders.

During his career with MMCC, Mr. O’Connor was honored as MMCC’s top originator in 2007 and has been a top 10 producer for the past seven years. He was a recipient of the firm’s prestigious national achievement award in 2007, 2010, 2011 and 2012 and has received a sales recognition award every year since 2006.

Mr. O’Connor is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in biopsychology.
